When you place an order, you complete our song creation questionnaire, choose your preferred musical style and add-ons, submit payment to confirm your order, and our team creates your personalized song for delivery to your email.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is within 7 days from order confirmation. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, and we will communicate any delays promptly.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before song creation begins.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are limited. If you are unsatisfied with your song, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on revisions. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a personal license to use, share, and play your custom song for private, non-commercial purposes. Bless Song retains the copyright to all songs created.
8. User Content
By submitting stories, names, and other content for your song, you grant Bless Song permission to use this information solely for creating your personalized song. We treat all submitted content as confidential and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, resell or commercially distribute songs without authorization, or attempt to reverse-engineer our song creation process.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bless Song shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
